The Food Safety Review is completed at your own pace. You may wish to refer to the relevant sections and modules of the training program as you complete the assessment. The questions consist of:

• multiple choice questions

• short answer questions

Once completed, the Food Safety Review must be returned so it can be assessed.

The Food Safety Review will be assessed by our qualified staff and feedback given to you.

Staff will have minimum qualifications of a Bachelor of Applied Science (Food Technology) and Certificate IV in Workplace Assessment & Training.

A Certificate of Completion will be issued on the results of that feedback.
