The Rutherford Technical Services team is made up of qualified and experienced professionals who can provide sound, accurate and practical tools and advice within the many sectors of the Food Industry – Manufacturing, Food Service, Hospitality and Retail.

The team together contribute more than 30 years experience in the fields of food production, food safety systems and training.

The team is made up of Food Technologists, Commercial Cooks and Chefs and workplace Trainer/Assessors. Their backgrounds cover areas such as:

Qualifications achieved by our technical consultants include Bachelor Degree in Applied Science (Food Technology), Certificate IV in Workplace Assessment & Training BSZ40198, City and Guild of London Advanced Cookery and related short courses.

The team utilises an extensive Food Industry network and can direct any highly specialised enquiries to industry experts. In addition Rutherford Technical Services can supply information regarding the current Food Legislation, FSANZ and related documentation and supporting materials.
