This incorporates training, food safety tools and specialist Food Technology services. Rutherford Technical Services always endeavours to provide cost effective and timely service to all its customers.
Registered Training Organisation
Rutherford Technical Services is an RTO (Registered Training Organisation) that provides accredited training and assessment in the Food Processing Certificates (I – III) and Certificates I to IV and Diploma in Business (Frontline Management).
These qualifications are Nationally recognised (throughout Australia) and provide staff with formal recognition of the skills and knowledge they already have and to further develop these within the AQF structure (Australian Qualification Framework).
Rutherford Technical Services offers specialist services for integrating English Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LL&N) into all aspects of training and assessment. This ensures that the training is accessible, communication skills are improved and business outcomes are achieved.
The RTS Team
Our technical team is made up of respected industry practitioners who understand the commercial realities of a business enterprise.
Our team members have worked with both small and large companies within the Industrial, Private and Public sectors and provide experience and expertise in many areas.
The team has been particularly successful in: - designing and supporting the implementation of quality and risk management systems (including HACCP based Food Safety Plans)
- designing and the facilitation of food safety tools and food science related activities (consulting, product development, etc.)
- the development and delivery of training and assessment to support these food safety related activities
- competency based management development programs, such as the Frontline Management Initiative (FMI)
- training and assessment related with the delivery of Frontline Management competencies
The FMI certificates provide an excellent opportunity for managers and supervisors to formalise their experience and knowledge within the AQF structure.
