The RTS Helpdesk is a unique service offered to Rutherford clients, whether you are an organisation, Manager, staff member or anyone who has used a Rutherford Technical Services product or service.
What is the RTS Helpdesk?
The RTS Helpdesk is a service that you can use to ask questions about:
food safety
legislation and regulations
food safety products and services
your assessment (workbook questions, etc.)
audit support and reports (corrective action requests – CAR’s, etc.)
food safety monitoring & documentation
recent media reports
- anything related to food safety, training, etc.
If we can’t answer your question straight away, we will research the information and get back to you within a day or so.

How much does the RTS Helpdesk cost?
If you are a current client of Rutherford, there is no extra cost to have access to the RTS Helpdesk – it is FREE!
A current client is a person or organisation that has purchased a product or service from Rutherford Technical Services in the last 6 months, or is currently using any of our
Training Services or Food Safety Services:
Food Safety Business Package – a comprehensive annual package consisting of calibration and audit services along with in-service training.
100 Point Check – provides you with an overview of your current food safety status, with an on-site audit and report.
- Food Safety Plan Template – a ‘DIY’ HACCP Based Food Safety Plan, complete with forms & checksheets, content (procedural information) which is completed by you with support from Rutherford.
