Over the years Rutherford has worked with both small and large organisations within the private, public and industrial sectors, providing expertise in many areas.
The team has been particularly successful in:
the design and facilitation of food safety tools and food science related activities in a range of food settings
the design, and support of implementation, of quality and risk management systems (including HACCP based Food Safety Plans)
the development and delivery of training (accredited and non-accredited) to support these food safety related activities
- successful delivery of customised training programs in a range of food settings (aged care, food processing, etc.)
