Food Safety Training
Rutherford Technical Services offers a range of food safety related courses covering the basics of food handling and HACCP to the development and implementation of HACCP Programs.
The courses are aligned to modules from Training Packages where possible, including the Food Processing Industry Training Package (FDF03) and Transport and Distribution Training Package (TDT02). In this way participants can attain Nationally recognised qualifications.
Certain requirements must be met for accredited training, such as assessment. Assessment strategies are developed to meet the participant and employer needs.
Duration of the courses and cost informaiton can be found at the end of each the course and all training conducted by Rutherford Technical Services is a tax deduction as per tax determination TD 92/105.
