Rutherford Technical Services is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) providing accredited training and assessment services. Certain Government initiatives (funding) are allowed for workplace training programs, so contact us for more information.

RTS FOOD SAFETY SOLUTIONS

  • "Food Handler Basics" - an on-line self paced training program to meet the FSANZ Food Safety Standards - skills and knowledge requirements, especially for the Food Service and Hospitality sectors

  • HACCP Training - a range of "Face-to-Face" training courses covering the basics of HACCP to the development and implementation of HACCP Programs

  • Food Safety Plan Template (FSPT) - a "DIY" HACCP Based Food Safety Plan, complete with forms, checksheets and content (procedural information)

  • Customised Food Safety Plan - a customised service to the extent needed, either the HACCP Plan or all the componants of the Food Safety Plan

  • OH&S Training and Tools - a range of OH&S related training and resources that are customised to ensure OH&S risks are identified and managed according to the new requirements.

  • RTS Food Safety Procedure Manual - a manual containing 30 generic food handling procedures including Food Handling, Personal Hygiene, Cleaning & Sanitation and Waste Management. The manual includes customisation with your Company logo. Also, RTS can produce site/equipment specific procedures.

  • RTS HELPDESK - an information service (7 days a week) to assist in FRONTLINE food safety decisions, offered FREE with many RTS Food Safety Solutions products
  • Approved Supplier Program - a system to ensure products and services supplied to your business are of a consistent and high standard

  • Site Assessment - a customised "on-site" assessment of food safety (premises, staff, food handling, documentation, etc.) to meet food regulations

  • Food Technology Consulting - a customised service providing specialised food safety and food science services (including information on microbiological testing)
